We want to hear from you if you have:

CeMAP, CII or Equivalent qualified

At least 1 to 2 years proven sales experience in Residential & Buy to Let Mortgages & Protection

The ability to use your initiative and to think on your feet

Self-motivation and a hard-work ethic

A genuine and driven desire to be the best in your field
You may be running your own business currently or working for someone else and feel you have the drive and determination to run your own Firm. The role would mean working under The Mortgage Source brand for all aspects of Mortgage and Protection business. In return you will be offered lead generation, marketing support, and a whole of market proposition with a highly competitive commission split.
All you will need to become a self employed Mortgage & Protection Broker with The Mortgage Source is the above industry related qualifications, be of CAS Status, have at least 1-2 years proven sales experience, a PC with efficient Broadband connection and a phone line. But most importantly be self disciplined and have the desire to succeed.
